At 300 orders a month your platform cost is under £90. At 1,000 orders: £159. Revenue scales with you.
Pricing questions
What counts as an order?
An order is a confirmed ticket purchase - one entry by one customer in one competition. If a customer buys 5 tickets in a single transaction, that is one order. Pending or cancelled entries are not charged.
Is VAT included?
No VAT is charged. The monthly fee is £59 and the per-order fee is £0.10, both ex-VAT. If your business is VAT-registered, you may need to account for this separately - speak to your accountant.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. Your subscription is month-to-month. Cancel at any time and your site remains active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept for the subscription?
The RaffleHub subscription is billed monthly via card through Stripe. Your customers' ticket payments go directly to your connected Paytriot account.
Are there setup fees?
None. Sign up, configure your brand, and publish your first competition - all included at no extra cost. Consider other setup fees like £600 (inc. VAT) for a payment gateway provider and £800-£1000 (inc. VAT) for legals.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your competition data, customer records, and entry history are retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export a full data dump on request before that window closes.
Do I need my own Paytriot account?
Yes. Ticket payments go directly to your Paytriot account so funds land with you immediately, not via RaffleHub. We never touch your customer payments. The £0.10 per order platform fee is billed separately on your monthly invoice.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. Your first month is billed upfront at £59. You can cancel before the next billing date and will not be charged again.
